This Skystream turbine is in the Texas Panhandle. We are in a 3 to 4 wind zone. We have a 2800 sq. ft. house and our turbine takes care of a third to one half of our electrical needs. We are not total electric. We know our electricity will not go down. We poured a second pier so down the road we can install a second turbine.
